How to care for your KIVULI Products
Wipe the leather with a wet cloth, use warm soapy water.
Dry completely, then apply dubbing wax and let it dry.
Dubbing wax will keep your leather looking great.
For the recycled brass, use vinegar or lemon to clean when it has tarnished.
Ordering online is easy. Choose your product, select your style, quantity and size from the available drop down boxes. Once you have finished with your shopping go to checkout.
If we do not have your size or desired design in stock please contact us for availability.

All prices are automatically listed in GBP.
As we are an online store we appreciate that from time to time you may order an item and then change your mind. In this case, we offer to exchange or refund the item, provided you have emailed us via within 14 days of receiving the item(s), to let us know, and you have returned the item(s) to us in a *Saleable Condition*, within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Please note that we cannot refund until we have received the item(s). If this is the case, orders will be refunded in full, minus the cost paid for shipping in the original transaction. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs, unless the item(s) is/are faulty**.
Please make sure you return your items to us via RECORDED DELIVERY so that we have proof of postage to the address below. Please include your original invoice with your contact details and reason for the return.

*Saleable Condition* means that the item is in the condition you bought it in, unused, unworn and without any marks, smells, pet hair, food, grease, dirt, etc.
In the case of manufacturing defects:
Goods are considered faulty if they are damaged as new, or a fault becomes apparent during initial use.
We must be notified by email, and item(s) must be returned to us within 30 days of buyer receiving, so we can assess item(s), to ensure they meet our policy criteria and qualify for refund, replacement or repair.
**KIVULI will cover all postage costs of faulty items and either repair defects (where suitable), replace or refund at our discretion.
Refunds & Replacements
If you require a full refund or choose replacement items of a lesser value, KIVULI will issue a refund to the card which you used to place the original order. KIVULI will send you a confirmation email to let you know when the refund takes place. Please allow up to 30 days for refunds.

Security & Privacy
All of our customer details are protected and under no circumstances shall we pass on those details to any third parties without your consent. From time to time we may contact you with news and offers directly related to KIVULI, but only if you have given us your permission. If you would like to be contacted by us in future please check the marketing box at checkout.
Do not allow animals or children to put these products in their mouth, chew, eat or swallow them. Due to the way in which these products are produced, they should not be used for extreme pursuits, such as hiking, climbing, cycling or running.
